During a consultation, we’ll discuss your child’s development, any concerns you have, and specific goals you’d like to achieve. What age groups do you support?
Our Parenting Sessions (Individual Parent Consultation & Managing the Overwhelm) are designed for parents of children aged birth to 4 years old. We focus on developmentally appropriate expectations based on what stage your child is at not their chronological age.
Our Behaviour Program – Rethinking Reactions: Behaviour Mapping for Calm and Confident Parenting can be beneficial for families who have children under the age of 10 years.

Why do you use a stage appropriate approach?
Stage-appropriate approaches are more flexible and individualized, taking into account that children develop at their own pace. Age-appropriate approaches are more standardized, based on average expectations for specific ages. Looking at what stage a child is at ensures our expectations are appropriate and allows us to challenge them while insure their success.
Are there any free community programs near me?
In Ontario, Canada there are some publicly funded community programs. Some of the programs that are great for parenting support include Healthy Babies Healthy Children Program, EarlyOn, Preschool Speech and Language Services and Infant and Child Development Services. Here is a list of some of the resources in Central Ontario.
Do you offer in person visits/sessions?
Currently all of our services are offered online. We know that you know your child best and you are the expert on your child. Our role is to consult to you as you navigate your day-to-day with your child and family. This can all be done virtually. We are trained to be able to support you this way.
